We are based in Germany (near Bremen), but we ship worldwide with fast and insured DHL delivery.

Do we have a retail store?

No, but we operate several successful online stores worldwide. Our company is based in Harpstedt, Germany, where our office is located. If requested, the product can also be picked up directly from our office.

What currency can I use to pay?

All charges are processed in EUR, but you can pay with any currency. Your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion automatically.

While we don’t offer a general money-back guarantee, you receive a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty with MagicMic, which covers defects and technical issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide to any country using various shipping methods – most commonly via DHL.

Is it possible to get free shipping?

Standard shipping fees apply, but we also offer free shipping on selected orders.

When are orders shipped?

We ship within 24–48 hours after payment has been received.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes between 1 and 7 days, depending on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.

Who is your shipping provider?

Our shipping providers are DHL, USPS, and Hermes. The exact carrier depends on your location.

Order & Tracking

Will I receive an order and shipping confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive a confirmation once your order has been placed. You’ll also get a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, including your tracking number.

Why is the tracking link not showing any updates?

If your tracking number isn’t working or shows an error, it may be because the package hasn’t been picked up by the courier yet or hasn’t been scanned into their system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Where can I enter a discount code?

You can enter your code at the checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

No, you can only use one discount code per order – except during special promotions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours. However, once the courier has picked up the package, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
