Which devices is the MagicMic compatible with?
Our MagicMic™ 3rd Generation is compatible with nearly all devices: smartphones (iOS & Android), computers, laptops, DSLR cameras, GoPros, tablets, and more.
Does it work with Android and iPhone?
Yes, the microphone is perfect for use with your Android smartphone whether it's a Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google Pixel, or Sony Xperia. The matching USB-C adapter is included.
And yes, it also works great with your iPhone. Both the Lightning and USB-C adapters are included.
Mono or stereo?
The MagicMic™ 3rd Generation is a microphone with a mono audio channel. The microphones can record separately by turning one off. However, when used simultaneously, the signals are mixed into a single audio track.

Important info for Mac & Windows users:
To set up your microphone on a Mac or Windows PC for Zoom, follow these steps:
Open system settings and select the desired microphone for both input and output.
In Zoom, do not select the microphone again in the Zoom audio settings. Instead, click on "Join with Computer Audio." This ensures your microphone is properly configured and works optimally.

Yes, the MagicMic™ microphone features advanced noise cancellation that minimizes background noise and ensures clear audio quality.
Wireless – how does it work?
Yes, the MagicMic™ microphone (3rd Generation) is wireless. It uses radio signals to transmit audio data from the microphone to the receiver, providing the speaker or performer with greater freedom of movement, with a range of at least 200-250 meters.

No sound – what to do?
Check if both connection lights are solid green (on the receiver and both transmitters). If not, turn the microphone off and back on. If the lights are solid green, start the recording. After saving, remove the adapter from the receiver or device and listen to the recording. You can also listen to it using the included earphones by simply plugging them into one of the transmitters.
Microphone not connecting – why?
If the connection lights are blinking and not staying solid, the microphones are not yet connected to the receiver. Press the power button on both the microphones and the receiver 3 times in quick succession. Once the connection light stays solid green, everything is connected.
How long does the battery last?
The battery of the MagicMic™ microphone offers a runtime of 6-8 hours on a full charge.
How do I clean it?
To clean your MagicMic™ 3rd Generation, disconnect it from all devices and turn it off. Wipe the outer surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Gently clean the area around the microphone grille with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Use compressed air if necessary to remove stubborn dirt. Clean the cables and connectors with a damp cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Let the microphone dry completely before using it again. Regular cleaning ensures optimal audio quality and long lifespan.
How are price reductions displayed?
According to § 11 of the Price Indication Regulation (PAngV), we would like to point out that the crossed-out price is the lowest total price we have charged for this product in the 30 days prior to the price reduction. The reduced price is valid for a maximum period of 4 weeks. After this period, the reduced price is considered the new regular price.
If the crossed-out price is a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (RRP), this will be explicitly stated. In accordance with § 5 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG), no consumer deception is intended.
